If you are logged into QuickBooks and can see your printer on the printer list, yet you're having an issue with selecting your printer, you may need to adjust a setting on your computer to fix this.
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
1. Click Start and open Devices and Printers
2. Right click on the printer you are experiencing the issue with
3. Click "Printer Properties"
4. Click on the Security tab within the new window
5. Select the "Everyone" group, and mimic the selections shown below
6. Click Apply, then OK.
