Are you having problems with opening your hosted applications after clicking the icon? Is Citrix Receiver generating errors? A restart may resolve the issue, but if this problem occurs regularly it may be time to upgrade to the latest Citrix Receiver. Here’s how you can upgrade your Citrix Receiver:
- Visit Citrix to begin the download process.
- When prompted to Run or Save the file, select Run. If you have to save the file, you will need to click on the saved file after download is completed to begin the installation process.
- Once the program installs, click Finish to close the completed installation window.
- If you are prompted to enter an address, click Cancel to close out of the Citrix Receiver
- Return to your appropriate NovelASPect cloud login portal
