When upgrading to a newer version of Citrix Receiver, it is possible that errors or unexpected behavior can occur either during or after the upgrade.
If this happens, the recommended procedure is:
- Uninstall the new Receiver
- Run the Citrix Receiver Clean-Up Utility, which removes all traces of the Receiver from your computer
- Reinstall Citrix Receiver
