When you click on your application icon but the application doesn’t launch, there can be a few reasons for that.
If you are a new user or using a new computer for the first time, you may need to install the Citrix Receiver client
If you’re using a new or recently updated browser, your browser plug-in settings may need to be updated
If you’ve opened the application recently but now you can’t, you could be experiencing a disconnected session
I can’t log on to the NovelAspect portal
If the NovelAspect portal window doesn’t come up in your browser, there are a few things you can check.
First, make sure your internet connection is working
Make sure your bookmark is correct – you can go to our login page for the correct portal links
Make sure you are using https:// at the beginning (note the “s”)
