If cookies are disabled in QuickBooks, you may not be able to email or submit payroll properly, etc. Please enable cookies in QuickBooks:
Help > Internet Connection setup > Next > Advanced Connection Settings > Privacy tab
For QuickBooks 2012 and earlier, adjust the slide bar to the Bottom to Accept all cookies.
For QuickBooks 2013 and later you should see 2 columns of - (dashes). Click between the bottom two dashes to Accept all Cookies. Select OK > Done.
If Cookies are set at Custom, please select Default, then refer to above steps to Accept All Cookies
