You receive the following error:
"Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. SSL Error 61You have not chosen to trust "***", the issuer of the server's security certificate."
1) First use IE, and add the following sites to the trusted zone (Tools, Internet Options, Security tab, Trusted Sites, Sites button):

And have them install the certificate to their local machine, accepting all default options

3) Here's a registry fix if all of the above does not work:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions\Lockdown\Network\Proxy
Open "ProxyType" and edit the value to the word "None". This will bypass the proxy for the Citrix Client only.
