License Error 11 for Citrix MAC users

From your MAC remove the application (Drag the folder in your applications directory to the trash can in your desktop)

Then go to your /users/"your user ID"/Library/Preferences/ and delete the ICA Citrix Client Folder.

Reinstall the Citrix Client, reboot your MAC and try again.
