When I try to open Quickbooks it downloads a Launch.ica file.

If your web browser is not opening Quickbooks and is attempting to download a file call Launch.ica most likely you do not have the Citrix Client software instaled.

For Windows user download and install the Web Access Client.

For Mac users download the Mac receiver.
